Truyền thuyết về Tinh Vệ từ lâu đã được lưu truyền trong dân gian TQ, kể
về một thời hồng hoang của lịch sử con người, là cuộc chiến đấu chống
lại tự nhiên, khẳng định chính nghĩa của con người và của chính thế giới
các vị thần. Đó là khi người và thần con chung sống với nhau, giữa
người và thần thậm chí đã nảy sinh những mối tình cảm sâu nặng, tạo nên
những khúc tình ca đẫm lệ.

Vào thời kỳ hồng hoang, một trận đại hồng thủy xảy ra bất ngờ làm thế
giới trở nên hỗn loạn, 3 vị thần giữ nhiệm vụ duy trì ổn định mà người
ta vẫn gọi là "thiên duy chi môn" cũng biến mất. Khắp nhân gian ngập
tràn nước. Thái Dương Thần- Viêm Đế vua của chúng thần trên đỉnh Thái
Sơn, người đã từng xây dựng lại thế giới, phải đối mặt với những hậu quả
mà sự biến mất của "thiên duy chi môn" gây ra: 1 cuộc đại chiến cam go
giữa các vị thần. Sau đó, có 1 thiên thần hung dữ xuất hiện, giết chết
Chiến Thần Hình Thiên, giam giữ Thái Dương Thần muốn trở thành vị thần
lớn nhất của muôn loài. Con trai của Chiến Thần Hình Thiên là Hậu Nghệ
và con gái của Thái Dương Thần Viêm Đế là Tinh Vệ phải đứng lên chiến
đấu, bảo vệ chính nghĩa. Và giữa họ đã nảy sinh 1 mối tình lãng mạn,
cuộc tình ấy đã đi vào truyền thuyết dân gian như những câu chuyện đẹp
nhất trong kho tàng thần thoại của con người...

Tinh Vệ: là con gái của Viêm Đế, một mĩ nữ tuyệt sắc, sống tại phía đông
xa xôi của đại dương, vì hoài bão lấp biển mà chết 1 cách đớn đau. Sau
khi chết, cô biến thành 1 loài chim xinh đẹp, tên gọi là Tinh Vệ, ngày
ngày vẫn hướng về dãy núi phía Tây mà cất lên
tiếng hót đau đớn về cuộc tình không thành của mình....
