Đường Nhân Giai ra tòa làm chứng số bào ngư giả cho bà nhỏ của họ Huỳnh, làm chứng bà lớn tráo đổi bào ngư, qua đó thấy rằng họ Đường mình sống rất hòa thuận. Ngày xưa Nhân Giai hứa sẽ quyên cho Bồ Tát 1 nửa gia tài của mình, tính ra là 400 ngàn và 4 con bào ngư hạng 2. 4 con bào ngư đem đi đấu giá từ thiện, thấy giá thấp quá nên bỏ luôn 400 ngàn mua lại, coi như là đã trả quyên xong cho Bồ Tát ! Mọi người định ăn 4 con bào ngư nhân dịp sinh nhật Lăng Xảo. Đường Chí Dật, người con thứ 2, trở về HK. Nhà họ Đường ăn sinh nhật Lăng Xảo. Chí Hân cùng 3 người bạn được gọi là Thượng Hoàn tứ kim hoa, Tại Tâm, Thủy Minh Hà, Trác Lan. Chí Hân thích Cơ, làm ở tiệm giày, rủ 4 người theo dõi anh ở hồ bơi để làm quen. Bà Huỳnh lớn cùng con trai đến phá đám tiệm bào ngư, Tú Cầm ra khuyên, Lăng Ba ra khuyên đều bị nói xấu, bào nhỏ bị đánh phải vô bệnh viện, 2 bên cứ cãi nhau. Lăng Xảo gặp bà Huỳnh lớn khuyên giải, kêu bà hãy quan tâm cho gia đình. Chí Dật quay phim tìm cha cho bào nhỏ, bào nhỏ ngày xưa được bào lớn lượm về từ toilet. Tú Cầm khi đi dự tiệc may mắn trúng thưởng đi du lịch, cả nhà bàn bạc đi đâu chơi.
